Ask. Check. Decide.

The chat uses a real language model to understand your question. When the question needs a number, it calls a calculation tool. The same result goes to the answer card and back to the model for its explanation. You decide what to do next.

Which card to use

The chat compares the cards already held in the sample wallet, including reward rates, point values, category limits, payment fees and an open bonus. A points estimate is marked as approximate. A merchant's category remains unverified until the purchase posts.

The free rewards comparison is simpler: two reward rates and one purchase amount. It does not include bonus strategy.

Welcome bonus progress

The engine counts eligible posted purchases and subtracts returns. It keeps the offer originally accepted separate from later advertised offers. Pending purchases are estimates, and a projected finish uses only planned spending. It never treats spending extra as a way to make a bonus worthwhile.

Annual fees

The renewal check compares what a card earned with what the same spending would have earned on another held card. It subtracts the annual fee and counts only credits marked as useful. The result can be keep or ask about a no-fee version.

Adding a card

The comparison uses the same spending on both sides. It keeps a conditional welcome bonus separate from ongoing yearly value. If that spending is already committed to a current bonus, the answer can be wait. The sample catalog is small and generic; this is not a whole-market card ranking.

Paying down a balance

The payoff planner compares the highest-rate-first and smallest-balance-first approaches with minimum payments. It assumes a fixed monthly budget, fixed minimums, no new purchases and monthly interest. Actual card statements can use daily interest and changing minimums, so a payoff projection is an estimate. The CFPB explains how card interest is calculated.

What is in the sample wallet?

The chat uses a fixed example dated September 21, 2026: a Travel card with a bonus in progress, a Grocery card with an annual fee, and a flat-rate Everyday card. The names, terms, transactions and dates are examples, not current issuer offers or your accounts.

A saved example is labeled Replay. A model-generated response is labeled Live. When the live service is unavailable, the page says so and offers a labeled saved example. The response cards always come from calculation results.

What happens to your information?

The free calculators run inside your browser tab. They do not send or save your inputs. In the public chat, your messages are sent to our Cloudflare service and its AI model to answer you. We do not store chat conversations in our database. Use the sample wallet and leave out account numbers, documents and private financial information.

The pilot form stores the email address and answers you submit so we can respond about the pilot. The site uses no advertising trackers, analytics cookies or bank connections.

Who pays for the recommendation?

CardReply is building a membership service. Card issuers do not pay for placement, and we do not earn a commission when you open a card. Keeping your current setup and waiting are useful answers, too.
